We want to work hand-in-hand with you to help your child develop the skills they need—in school and beyond.
Set Up for Success
Partnering With Your Providers
TC Scholars understands that our students are more likely to excel with proper supports and services
- We work closely with your child’s existing service providers to implement their suggestions in our classrooms
- We can make our space available for your child’s services during the school day
- Our teaching team provides referrals for additional services as needed
Improving Behaviors Outside of TC Scholars
We take regular trips to the park and go on field trips to help generalize desired behaviors outside our center and practice functioning in the community
Frequent Communication
- Daily photos are shared so you can see what's going on in the classroom
- Each child has an individual goal plan that is updated regularly by the teaching team
- Monthly feedback on goals and growth from the dedicated in-classroom Master’s Level Social Worker
- Parent-teacher conferences twice per year
Strategies for School and Home
We encourage all TC Scholars families to attend Tuesday’s Child’s Behavioral Intervention program.
Parents will learn the same evidence-based strategies of TC Scholars, for use at home.
